The first constitutional dialogue session in Kobani: The identity of states reflects the identity of the population
Bercaf held the first dialogue session on the constitution in Kobani after it completed six dialogue sessions in the first phase and issued a research paper that expressed the visions, ideas and aspirations of sectors for the population of the regions in north and east Syria. More than 20 participants from different mobilization backgrounds participated, Feminist, civil, human rights/legal, partisan, and from knowledge and cultural backgrounds, and some of those with influential roles in the societal environment. Dr. Samira Moubayed, a member of the Constitutional Committee, participated in the session from Paris through the application of the Zoom program, and discussed with the attendees visions, ideas and perceptions, she received proposals to develop the constitutional process The session focused on developments in the constitutional process and confidence-building factors, and Dr. Moubayed's intervention constituted an important highlight and addition in the constitutional process, which seems to Syrian men and women a state of stagnation.
