Euphrates Development Organization began preparing umbrellas in the Expatriates Affairs Office in Raqqa city as a small initiative within the “Our Security” project, where this project came in response to the demands of the expatriates who submitted this proposal through dialogue sessions that were held by the Euphrates Development Organization.
