Citizenship and equal citizenship in Syria: reality, obstacles, and the future
This study aims to describe the reality of citizenship and equal citizenship in Syria before 2011, and the position that its concept, conditions and values occupied gradually, starting in the mid-nineties of the last century, and then on a large scale with the start of the Syrian revolution. Therefore, the introduction to it was aimed at a quick review of the practical entry of the modern concept of citizenship into the Arab political culture, and the definition of this concept as conditions, components and values, while presenting the study in its two parts to achieve its goal.
