TOT . Training Workshop
Shawishka Association organized a TOT training workshop for seven trainees of varying ages over two days as part of the chance project, which aims to empower women economically. The training program dealt with the psychological barriers that the trainer is exposed to at the beginning of his work and how they can be overcome, in addition to how to design the training package and concluded the training with a practical test, under the supervision of trainer Lauren Sabry at the Shawishka Association Center located in the Corniche, Masaken Halko
