The TRAINING initiative holds a workshop on monitoring and evaluation interviews for remote organizations
The TRAINING Initiative for Development held a training workshop in job interviews, the Monitoring and Evaluation Department, within the initiative to develop workers in civil society organizations.
The workshop, which was moderated by the facilitator Ola Aliwi and Muayyad Ibrahim, was attended by more than seventy beneficiaries from various regions of northern and eastern Syria, through the google meet application remotely.
It is the first workshop run by volunteers in the initiative themselves; TRAINING believes in empowering training and facilitation capabilities, and encourages volunteer contributions to develop the initiative.
It is worth noting that the initiative will hold, during the next phase, training workshops specialized in working interviews with civil society organizations over the next three months, periodically every Friday evening.
