At the official invitation of the Yazidi House, the Afrin Social Association participates in the celebration of Red Wednesday
This morning, Wednesday morning, the celebrations of the Red Wednesday feast, "Yazidi New Year", were launched in the village of Qazla Gokh in Amuda district, which was organized by the Yazidi House in Al-Jazira region. Dozens of civil society institutions attended.
The delegation included Ms. "Dalia Hanan", the presidency of the Afrin Social Association, and members of the Association's General Council, represented by Ms. "Fatima Umm Sheyar" and Mr. "Khalil Naasan".
On the first Wednesday of April in all regions and some countries in the world, the Yazidis celebrate the Yazidi New Year, as it is known as “Jarshmeh Tyre”.
