Conclusion of the Capacity Development Project for Civil Society Organizations
Midmar Organization in Gaziantep has concluded the work of the project "Capacity Development of Civil Society Organizations and Non-Governmental Organizations"
To develop the work of Syrian organizations, raising their organizational efficiency and their networks of relations, developing means of advocacy campaigns, and collecting donations.
The project was launched in the year 2020 and included 3 main phases to achieve the optimum benefit:
The first stage: identifying the appropriate partners to adopt the project objectives
The second stage: identifying the main gaps and needs of the participating institutions.
The third stage: strengthening the capabilities of organizations and meeting their needs.
8 institutions working on the Syrian issue participated in the project, and they received over 39 days of theoretical sessions for capacity-building that were divided into 9 main topics, as well as 108 days of consultations and incubation to follow up on the practical application of what was studied.
Mimar seeks within its projects to develop the work of public institutions working in the Syrian issue, including civil society organizations, unions, and community initiatives as well.
