Psychological Support Cases Checker

Roles and responsibilities:
1. Conduct weekly (face-to-face) one-on-one supervision meetings with each case manager, provide technical advice on individual cases, provide psychosocial support to case managers, and facilitate peer support groups when needed
2. Provide support to individual cases when needed, and provide regular monitoring of all aspects of case management services
3. Monitoring timelines for response, decision making, priority setting, follow-up, review and attendance of case conferences along with case manager for complex cases
4. Scheduling case management supervision meetings at a rate of two meetings per week with all case managers (to discuss challenges, general standards, action plans, implementation, and achievements). In addition to sharing agreed action plans with case managers.
5. Review the caseload of each case manager to ensure that they are manageable in an appropriate manner, and share the challenges faced with the technical coordinator (20 open cases per case manager maximum)
6. Conduct regular audits of case files and verify compliance with protocols and principles. And follow up on the results of the beneficiaries’ opinion polls and ensure that all measures are taken to improve the quality of services.
