Capacity Building Officer
Main tasks and responsibilities:
1. Conducting an assessment of training needs and opportunities with the beneficiaries under different titles and in different forms (training of trainers, distance learning, online platforms) in coordination with the program coordinator inside Syria.
2. Designing, preparing and reviewing training materials and tools.
3. Preparing a capacity building plan for Baytna's partners inside Syria in cooperation with the follow-up and evaluation team under the supervision of the project manager.
4. Supporting the development of the strategy for Baytna and proposing new interventions to work inside and outside Syria.
5. Contribute to the selection of trainers, facilitators, and experts by conducting interviews with them, documenting them and following the necessary procedures to complete the contracting process in coordination with the program coordinator under the supervision of the project manager.
