Accountability Officer
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Manage SAMS complaints and response mechanism (CRM) system and ensure the effectiveness of CRM system for both SAMS Syria and Turkey activities.
Follow up on outstanding beneficiary feedback with relevant departments and stakeholders.
Support programming staff to ensure that projects are carried out with participation from all affected communities (including children) and that information is shared with affected communities.
Track and review the accountability tracking table.
