Documenting attacks against women at smuggling points run by opposition factions
Four exclusive testimonies obtained by “Syrians for Truth and Justice” reported that members of the Syrian National Army / the opposition, specifically from the “Ahrar al-Sharqiya” and “Suqur al-Sunna” factions, [1] committed a number of violations against displaced women who tried to connect from the areas of influence of the Autonomous Administration Northeastern Syria, to the opposition factions’ control areas in the Ras al-Ain/Sere-Kaniye (Spring of Peace) area.
