Paris – The Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) announced in its latest report, released today, that it documented at least 173 arbitrary arrests/detentions in March 2022, including four children and five women, noting that the Syrian regime violates international and local law through arbitrary arrest, enforced disappearance, and torture.
