A civilian was wounded by a sniper shot by the Syrian National Army in Ain Issa city
On Monday, the civilian Khalil Aboud Abdul-Ghani was injured as a result of being targeted by a sniper bullet by the Turkish-backed Syrian National Army, while he was in Ain Issa district in the countryside of Raqqa.
