The Syrian Engineers Organization for Reconstruction and Development held a second training workshop to build the capacity of workers in local councils and water units in the villages of "Al-Marj Al-Akhdar Al-Sharqi - Al-Duriyah" in the Jisr Al-Shughur countryside.
