Discussions on Economic Stabilization and Early Recovery
With the aim of achieving economic stability and early recovery, the US government announced, this May, the areas exempted from the sanctions of the Caesar Act in northeastern Syria.
What sectors are excluded from the sanctions and what is needed for this exception to achieve its feasibility, and is this exception the size of expectations or not.
