Documents required to register the child in box 16
Documents required to register the child in field 16 of the birth certificate:
1- A birth certificate registered with the Noufs Registry at the level of the judiciary
2- Passports or ID cards for you and your spouse
3- One of the following documents to prove your marriage:
A- A family record extract (family statement) registered/stamped with the Lebanese and Syrian Ministries of Foreign Affairs
B- A Syrian marriage document registered/stamped with both the Lebanese and Syrian Ministries of Foreign Affairs
