Martyr Wassim Husseinou Hospital is threatened with closing its doors

Martyr Wassim Husseinou Hospital, from a big dream to a medical institution that is afraid to close its doors.
It is one of the most important and oldest hospitals in the western countryside of Idlib. It was launched in 2013 with simple tools and emergency medical services until it developed into a specialized surgical hospital that provides surgical medical care services in addition to permanent ambulance services, laboratory, radiology and outpatient clinics.
It performs about 200 surgeries per month, most of which are major surgeries, such as orthopedic, urinary and internal, the goal was for the hospital to create a new specialty, neurosurgery, to decline last month to about 80 surgeries only, due to the lack of support and its decline that led to the decline of this goal, so that the current goal is only the continuation of current services And not to close the doors in the face of 5,000 patients per month who have nowhere else to receive treatment
The hospital hopes that the next phase will witness more support from people with white hands and compassionate hearts from those who believe in people's right to access medical care, whoever they are and wherever they are.
