Training 25 beneficiaries on making Eid cakes at Basmat Center
On the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr, the Basmat Center of the Syrian Expatriates Medical Association, Sima, held a training on the manufacture of Eid sweets in a professional manner that can be marketed, for two days at the Basmat Center under the supervision of a specialized pastry chef.
The training targeted 25 women, during which Syrian Eid sweets were made, "Al Gharib, Eid Cakes, Ma'amoul, and Petfour", so that the training would be a practical practice for the professional manufacture of these sweets, to be the nucleus of a future work for any woman who wants to support her family.
