Training course on basic principles of refugee law
Within the activities of the social center of the Houran Humanitarian Foundation in the city of Sakarya, the legal affairs officer at the Houran Humanitarian Foundation, attorney Sarah Koj, provided a training on the basic principles and concepts of refugee law.
Where the training aimed to educate individuals by providing legal information about their rights and obligations, international protection legislation and temporary protection status for Syrian refugees, and types of LFIP for Iraqi refugees and other nationalities.
It is worth noting that the trainings for refugees in Sakarya are ongoing and will take into account the wishes of the beneficiaries, which they made during the final recommendations for the training.
