Areeha Hospital, under the SEMA initiative, records 243 newborns during last February
Areeha Specialized Hospital for Women and Children recorded 243 newborns during the month of February, with 211 natural births and 32 caesarean sections.
During the past month, 4,088 beneficiaries, including a woman and a child, benefited from the hospital’s services. Thus, the hospital continues to provide primary and secondary health care services, responding to the needs of the people in northern Syria, and enhancing the quality of services provided to mothers and newborns during pregnancy, childbirth and beyond.
The hospital also provides services related to cases of malnutrition and community health services, and allows beneficiaries of services to pre-book medical examinations. Over the past years, the hospital has shown exceptional steadfastness and giving due to the seriousness of the site and the ability to continue in a dangerous conflict environment other than the repercussions of Corona and its metaphors, it is a great opportunity to say a word “Thank you from the bottom of my heart” for all this tender.
