Due to the great pressure on Ibn Sina Hospital for Children in Idlib as a result of the increase in the prevalence of pediatric diseases this year, SAMS opened a new hospital ward in the hospital, to meet the current needs as possible. The new suite contains 19 baby cots and 6 intensive care beds. Dr. Mamoun Sahari, a pediatrician at Ibn Sina Hospital, says: “Great pressure is facing us in the hospital due to the number of children’s infections with bronchiolitis, and the inability to accommodate all children who need admissions. In response to these injuries, we expanded, so that the capacity in Ibn Sina Hospital was 105. A family divided between hospitalization, pediatric care, incubators, and newborn care.
