Distribution of seeds to support the wheat crop value chain
With the aim of meeting the needs of the population and enhancing their dependence on their capabilities and skills in agriculture within the project (Enhancing resilience and livelihood opportunities for the affected population through supporting the value chain of the wheat crop and livelihood interventions in northwest Syria). 146 tons of wheat seed were distributed to 584 farmers in 9 villages in Al-Bab and Arima sub-districts. And also distributing 500 tons of wheat seed to more than 2,000 farmers in 14 villages in the districts of Armanaz, Darkush, Mhambel and Jisr al-Shughour in Sahel al-Rouj, Idlib Governorate, northwest Syria.
