Dialogue Session Entitled: "Dialogue Skills"
Given the importance of dialogue as one of the most important means used for persuasion and change, the Women's Subcommittee of the "Women's Support and Empowerment Unit" in the city of Qabasin organized a dialogue session entitled: "Dialogue skills." The session included several themes, the most important of which are:
The importance of dialogue and its support for psychological growth, respect for the opinions of others, and an increase in relations in all fields
The most important axes of effective dialogue, such as avoiding self-respect, listening and listening to the speaker and refraining from negative speech.
