Yesterday, July 7, 2021, the Caesar Families Association finished its third year. The three years were full of effort, work, and challenging difficulties, and we were able to continue.
We started with 7 families, each of which found a picture of its deceased in the Caesar photographs, and now we are 44 families. The members of these families are working to achieve the goals of the association that they themselves set to hold accountable the murderers of sons, brothers, fathers and husbands and to perpetuate their memory.
Today, the families pledged to move forward and continue the path until what the association was established for is achieved. Many thanks should be given to Mr. Mazen Darwish, Director General of the Syrian Center for Media and Freedom of Expression, who worked with us to establish the Caesar Families Association. And Mr. Al-Mu'tasim Al-Kilani, Mr. Youssef Wahba and Mr. Ahmed Talib, who had the greatest role in supervising the steps of the Association's progress. We also owe our thanks to all the employees of the SCM Center.
