711 journalists and media workers were killed, including 7 children and 6 women, and 52 were killed due to torture at the hands of the parties to the conflict and the controlling forces in Syria from March 2011 to May 2022, about 82% of them were killed by the Syrian-Russian alliance forces, as the Syrian regime bears Responsibility for nearly 91% of the death toll due to torture.
