A health symposium entitled Fasting and Chronic Diseases
SAMS recently organized its first interactive session of the Ramadan Medical Symposium "Chronic Diseases and Fasting", and it included two main axes:
1- Diabetes in Ramadan, presented by the specialist in endocrinology and diabetes, Dr. Obada Al-Zuhaili
2- Chronic lung diseases in Ramadan, presented by the specialist of internal diseases, chest and intensive care, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Al-Shaqqi.
The session was moderated by Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Omar, Senior Specialist Health Adviser at SAMS Turkey.
