Raqqa is Being Slaughtered Silently campaign:

A group of Syrian activists took upon themselves the task of exposing the Assad regime and its crimes, documenting and shedding light on its violations committed against the people of Raqqa.
And work to confront ISIS and its extremist ideology by peaceful means, publish its violations, and direct global and local public opinion on the reality of the region.

The campaign continues its work to be the voice of reality, with the repeated violations witnessed by Raqqa and its surroundings at the hands of the successive imposed authorities on its occupation.
“Raqqa is Being Slaughtered Silently” was launched in April 2014, after ISIS committed systematic violations against civilians and city activists and adopted a policy of silencing mouths and stifling freedoms by pursuing and arresting activists inside.
