Rising community enjoying psychosocial well-being

Syria Bright Future is a humanitarian, non-governmental non-profit organization. It started in 2008 in Syria by a group of specialists and non-specialists under the name of "Syrian psychological Group", who were interested in the psychological, social, and developmental field. They were drawn together by a common willingness to enhance mental health in society and to increase societal awareness about it. They aimed, also, to empower society's members to employ their potentials and abilities and to develop them in a way that enhance their mental and social well-being. In 2012 and when the crisis began, some of its members moved to Jordan to start an individual initiative to visit Syrian refugees under the project "how are you? Kefkum" also to visit patients with psychological disorders and some wounded persons. Then in 2013 SBF registered in Jordan by Jordanian psychologist under the name Bright Future for Mental Health to start conducting many projects in Amman, Irbid, Al-Za'tari camp and Inside Syria. It has developed until it is now a formally registered organization in Turkey under the name SYRIA BRIGHT FUTURE "SURİYENİN GÖRKEMLİ GELECEĞİ DERNEĞİ" in 7 May 2014. Registration no 17704/2014.
