WOMEN, PEACE AND SECURITY RESEARCHER
Consultancy Objectives, Purpose, and Expected Results:
The overall goal of the consultancy is to conduct an in-depth research to develop Baytna’s gender analysis, define challenges facing Syrian women in the context of women, peace, and security, and identify key entry points, intervention focus areas, and programmatic priorities. Finally, the consultancy will develop a call for proposals and help in the proposal assessment of projects that are gender responsive and promote gender equality and women’s participation in decision making, as well as promote the engagement of men and boys in advancing women and girls’ security needs and concerns.
