Shelter Protection Assistant
Required Qualifications/Skills:
University degree in Sociology, Social Work, International Relations or other related fields,
Having professional experience in an organization in the humanitarian field protection sector for at least 2 years,
Having fluent Arabic language skills, advanced English speaking and writing skills and Turkish language skills are a plus,
It is preferable to have case management experience and principles,
Being inclined to humanitarian and civil society issues in Turkey and the region,
Being committed to teamwork, having strong initiative and motivation,
Being eager and willing to learn from others,
Ability to multitask and deal with various demands within tight deadlines
Having the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships in a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary environment,
Have strong problem solving and organizational skills,
To have a flexible and sensitive working understanding,
