Senior MEAL Officer
General objective of the position:
The Senior MEAL Officer is responsible for leading key project MEAL activities and will oversee project-level performance monitoring data and evaluation analysis. Working in collaboration with the MEAL manager, the Senior M&E Officer is responsible for leading the design and implementation of an M&E system, ensures that SAMS evaluation’s achievements and lessons learned are captured and used for project improvement, and captures and communicates project outcomes to appropriate audiences.
