Senior Case Worker
Generic Duties:
Plan/coordinate with the line manager and the Case Workers team; and in high-risk cases, in consultation with protection Manager for the South, to avoid duplication;
Conduct home visits to assess the living conditions of the cases, when needed, and if the child/the survivor/the PoC give her/his consent;
Ensure the provision of emergency cash assistance for the most vulnerable clients, according to the needs of the clients, the agreed criteria and the internal procedures and under the supervision of the Protection Manager and Project Manager;
Be available to participate in meetings and trainings in and outside the centers including case management meetings and case conferences meetings or any other meetings when required;
Deliver trainings to the case workers as needed and required, act as a referral focal point, and answer to help line.
