Project Manager (2)
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading a two-year project that seeks to support women-led initiatives and women-led civil society working on human and women's rights and promoting equitable access to services in northwest Syria, with a particular focus on IDP camps.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the operational, contractual, and overall budget management of the project, including all aspects of human resource management, oversight of activity coordination, reporting, budget control, support for the welfare of participants, program quality, oversight of the work of the facilitators, and the responsible Advocacy, Logistics, Procurement, and Monitoring and Evaluation Team.
You are expected to provide the team with training, technical support, and supervise the implementation of high-quality activities, in cooperation with technical advisors (protection and participation). She will play a vital role in the development of appropriate methodologies to enhance the capabilities of the partners' initiatives.
