Program Operations Coordinator
The Program Operations Coordinator (POC) is a new role within CARE Turkey’s Cross Border Program. Reporting to the Assistant Country Director- Humanitarian (ACD-H), the Program Operations Coordinator will provide management and coordination of non-U.S. Government funded projects in Northern Syria.
The POC will be part of CARE Turkey’s Cross Border Program and will work closely with relevant Program Managers, Area Manager, as well as relevant Program Quality-, Finance-, logistics-, procurement-, HR- and Security staff.
The position will be responsible for the overall coordination of complex projects that combine multiple program sectors with multiple implementing modalities: Both through local partners and directly. The position is not the ultimate decision-maker on program delivery but must be able to bring together a multitude of stakeholders to deliver a complex program in a complex context. The position will thus be tasked with leading the joined efforts of multiple stakeholders to achieve the success outlined in the project.
