Program Manager
Job Description :
1- Designing project proposals and submitting them to the concerned authorities.
2- Auditing and reviewing the monthly reports and supporting documents that project coordinators work on in all sectors
3- Preparing and preparing the monthly, quarterly, halfway and annual reports of the organization.
4- Follow up on work plans and activities and check the progress of work according to what is planned
5- Participation in the development of the organization's annual and strategic plans.
6- Archiving all files and documents related to the software department, in paper and electronic format.
7- Organizing monthly and exceptional meetings of the organization’s team and partners and actively participating in those meetings
8- Willingness to travel within the regions of northern and eastern Syria, and if necessary, to cross the border.
9- The ability and willingness to be very flexible and accommodate difficult and sometimes unsafe working conditions.
10- Determining the objectives of the programs in accordance with the annual strategic objectives of the organization.
11- Participation in the testing and selection of project officials and employees.
12- Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.
13- Apply the principles of quality and risks, manage the available resources, and provide appropriate solutions to all problems and risks.
