Printing Account Manager

We are looking for a qualified Sales Account Manager who will represent the organization to external customers/clients and partners.

Primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business to existing and new customers. The Printing Account Manager brings a Point of View to the Customer engagement; uses all resources to address customer needs with appropriate Products, Services and Portfolio and be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

· Use in-depth knowledge of company technology, products, and services to become a trusted business advisor for customers and partners

· Working actively to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.

· Be responsible for various sized public accounts

· Identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative business solutions to customers

· Builds growth opportunities using the account planning process; actively manages planning process through scheduled reviews and updates.

· Significant percentage of time spent directly with customer; interfaces with all levels, including highest within customer organization; highly diverse set of functions and buyers; focus in on management level.

· Applies consultative-selling techniques to identify and advance opportunities.

· Maintains high-level of customer loyalty and builds trust and integrity.

· Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships

· Responsible for achieving/managing quarterly, half yearly, annual quota and/or margin.

· Practices and Implements industry leading Pipeline management practices.

· Identifies customer requirements, matches with HP capabilities, and chooses respective Route-to-Market and solution accordingly

· Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.

· Being accountable for end-to-end sales activities, orchestrating cross functional teams, proactively managing operational tasks.

· Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.

· Leads and/or provides expertise to functional teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.

· Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.

Requirements:

· Fluency in English and Turkish

· Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Engineering or related degree required, Master’s degree preferred

· 6 to 8 years Sales experience- managing public & private accounts, both for HW and managed printing services

· Strong track record of success in managing and growing accounts. High level relationship management

· Broad experience in product& services specialty (printers, supplies, services and solutions).

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply

· Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

· Ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels

· Experience solving analytical problems, either in professional experience (data analysis) or education

· Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment

Knowledge and Skills:

· Advanced communication, sales negotiation, and deal closing skills. Customer service orientation is key for this role.

· Expertise in managing end- to-end sales processes in large deals.

· Has good cross functional expertise.

· Broad understanding of the customer’s needs; applies standard as well as creative solutions to meet those needs; particularly considering the specific industry/market.

· Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external partners on multiple levels to deliver appropriate solution sale.

· High level customer management relationship building, working at management and executive level in lines of business.

· Partner organization intelligence aligned with partner management skills.

· Identifies and effectively leads the account resources to ensure coordinated, efficient, account management, and accountability for achieving business results.

· Ability to prioritize and drive strategic sales activity on a complex solution basis.

· Excels in competitive selling skills.

· Sells across platform and specialty.

· Ability to work with legal, product, and internal business owners to reach mutually beneficial agreements

· Strong business judgement, proven ability to influence others

· Experience using CRM tools

1st location –Istanbul based, 30% travel to other cities (mainly Ankara)

Hybrid Work Model that requires high customer/partner face-to-face interaction
