Nurse
Functional tasks:
Assisting in ensuring the quality of care, curative and preventive measures that meet the highest standards of care and hygiene in all departments.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Correcting the way medicines are thrown and explaining it clearly to the patient.
- Wound dressing.
Providing injections/intravenous fluids.
Hygiene measures (separation of medical waste, hand washing).
-Medical records.
Accompanying doctors on rounds of patients and assisting in implementing treatment instructions.
Follow up the referral system and give the necessary information for subsequent treatment.
Implementation of the instructions of the head of nursing and works according to the established work schedule.
Work on integration and assist in training and orientation of new staff.
Participate in daily meetings with other nurses and weekly meetings with all staff.
- Collect health data for timely reporting.
