MEAL Manager
Main duties and responsibilities:
Programme Strategy Development and Leadership
· Contributing to STL Strategic Planning processes, and supporting monitoring progress towards strategic objectives;
· Supporting design and implementation of systems to collect and analyse program performance data for evidence-based programming decisions;
· Lead efforts to create greater efficiency in MEAL systems and the organization in general, through an innovation perspective, using information management and digital technologies;
· Contributing to program and proposal development and providing guidance for integrating MEAL plans into proposals;
· Ensuring that lessons learned and best practices are incorporated into new program design.
