MEAL COORDINATOR
General objective:
Lead Institutional Knowledge Building and improvement of MEAL methods and techniques
Provide a methodological support to all program teams on technical questions linked to MEAL and crosscutting issues such as: design of MEAL plan, quantitative and qualitative data collection, measure of indicators, Complaints Response Mechanism,
Look over the quality and relevance of internal monitoring and evaluation activities, recommendations and analysis produced by program teams
Ensures accountability is in line with the processes and strategy and adapted to the context
Leads internal and external evaluations processes
