Logistics Coordinator
Job Description:
1- Develop logistical plans in line with financial policies procedures and project budgets.
2- Studying the markets and collecting prices in conjunction with the logistic team and analyzing them in conjunction with the financial department.
3- Verify the purchase requests submitted by the project sectors and follow up their implementation on time in accordance with the budget and work plans.
4- Checking the drivers’ transport movements, following them up and ensuring their readiness.
5- In conjunction with the security official, he supervises the development of guard schedules for offices and warehouses.
6- Documenting and archiving logistical operations electronically and on paper.
7- Attending meetings and training, and preparing to travel within the regions of northeastern Syria, and if necessary, cross the border.
8- Periodic update of the organization's assets list.
9- Training and supporting the logistic team in all matters related to the project and developing the supporting files.
10- Working on updating and developing policies and procedures related to the logistics department.
11- Any additional tasks that may be required by the nature of the work.
