LOGISTICIAN
General objectives:
Under the line management of the Logistics Coordinator, with the functional support of the Finance & HR Coordinators, the position holder will be responsible for:
Management of expatriates’ movements and all related administrative processes from Erbil and for Syria
Managing the Logistics Supervisor & Administrative Supervisor
Coordination with the Iraq mission on logistics, administration, finance and HR matters
Management of Bank accounts, and cash box in Erbil
Closure of monthly accounts as per finance calendar
Ensure that finance filing is done properly
