Livelihood Officer (Sinjar)
Goal / Purpose:
Under the supervision of the Deputy Program Manager, the Livelihoods Officer will provide support in planning and implementing activities related to livelihoods - encompassing small businesses support and vocational trainings - including targeting, needs assessments and evaluation in line with agreed work plans, strategies and methodologies.
The Livelihoods Officer assists the DPM in ensuring that livelihoods activities are well executed and deliver quality results and report any challenges and restraints as they arise, proposing adjustments or solutions to address these issues.
A good working knowledge of the agricultural value chains and challenges faced in South Sinjar is an advantage.
