Summary of the job:

Key Account Manager’s main role is to develop collaborative customer relationships to facilitate business growth. KAM is the main contact with key account customers and is fully in charge of:
Account Management
Sales Management
Field Management
Sales Forecasting
Promotional Planning & Execution
Business Monitoring & Reporting
Budgeting & Trade Spend Management
Duties & Responsibilities

Achieve / exceed all key sales measures and targets Net Sales, Gross Margin & Trade Spend for the account portfolio
Negotiating and settling down trade terms, signing and complying annual or periodic agreements
Work in partnership with brand and trade marketing to ensure development and implementation of customer strategy and achieve best-in-class account 4P targets
Provide challenge within a Category Business Team from a customer perspective
Lead customer relations at high level to ensure a healthy business development
Overall continuous improvement-identifying opportunities for efficiency & profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories
Take responsibility for providing accurate monthly and annual sales forecast for each customer

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor degree
Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of account management experience in FMCG
Language: Fluency in English
Good command in MS Office
Result oriented, entrepreneurial and having commercial accumen
