Human Resources Consultant
Synergy for Justice is seeking the services of a bilingual (Arabic and English) consultant to support the development of human resources (HR) policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for a human rights organization operating in Turkey’s Hatay Region. The policies and SOPs should be drafted in Arabic and in English. It is preferable that the consultant is based in Turkey to allow travel to meet with the partner and discuss the policies and the SOPs and conduct a workshop with the team. The period of work is expected to be from March to April 2022.
