HR Assistant
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Prepare job posts and ensure timely posting of the position,
2. Assist in screening and shortlisting CVs,
3. Arrange/schedule interviews with the candidates and prepare the necessary documents before the interview,
4. Conduct background check, collecting/ obtaining references for the potential employees prior hiring,
5. Participate in interview as HR representative as/if required,
6. Prepare and print interview forms/package for the interview panel members.
