Health Worker
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Analyzing health problems and risks in the community surrounding the community center and identifying responses and solutions proposed by the community.
- Promote community health awareness for all age groups through health sessions, activities and campaigns.
Building the community health team, developing its skills, participating in field visits, and working with it to support community initiatives and plans
To promote health, prevent disease and address the health needs of the most vulnerable groups.
Providing individual and family health consultations available (inside and outside the center) according to needs.
Supporting the provision of in-kind assistance (assistive medical devices) through the correct identification of needs.
- Providing follow-up and support for the most vulnerable cases, especially the cases of severe weakness with difficulty in reaching the center.
- Develop volunteers' capabilities with the skills and information required to convey health messages to the community.
Preparing the scientific material for the sessions and campaigns and coordinating and writing their reports.
- Conducting and organizing support groups for groups of interest.
Preparing weekly and monthly plans and reports and submitting them to the line manager.
- Perform any related tasks required.
