GBV Case Worker
Description of general duties
In collaboration with GBV Case Manager, Project Manager, Head of Programs, and GBV Technical Supervisor, GBV Case Worker will be responsible for the following:
To provide the day-to-day management of all GBV cases, including the identification, documentation, developing case plans and follow ups
Liaises directly with other service providers working within the area of WRO's activities and communities where the project is implemented and facilitate referrals to other service providers (health, shelter, NFIs, legal assistance, financial support)
Ensures that Survivor Centered Approach Guiding principles maintained and enforced in, while working with survivors, including in safe space for survivors during the case management sessions/meetings and activities in the WRO Static 's Centers.
