Food Security and Livelihoods Coordinator
Duties
Develop detailed activities plans in line with the FSL program objectives, ensuring that those activity plans are implemented.
Monitor the FSL program performance in terms of outputs against activity plans and take all necessary action, in association with the Senior FSL Advisor to ensure the FSL programs achieve its objectives within the allotted time and budget.
Ensure that beneficiaries, local authorities, and local staff are represented in program planning and evaluation.
Monitor the humanitarian situation on basic needs, and evolution on markets and financial services in the AOO. Identify geographical areas of interest to the organization according to humanitarian needs and vulnerable population context. Analyze and report the humanitarian needs and provide clear and detailed recommendations for interventions.
Develop appropriate targeting criteria and mechanisms to ensure the needs of identified vulnerable groups are met.
