Enumerator
Enumerators will be regularly monitored to assess their performance, through supervisor observation in the field and by checking the data collected at multiple points during assessments. If the performance of an enumerator is consistently below expectations, the contract may be ended. Capacity building will be provided through regular training sessions with the ME team to improve skills, and a handbook containing guidance on the performance monitoring and interview protocol will be provided at the start of the contract.
