Deputy Livelihood Manager (Sinjar)
MISSION / OBJECTIVES:
Under the supervision of the Program manager, the DPM Livelihoods will provide support in defining, planning, and implementing activities related to livelihoods - encompassing small businesses support and vocational trainings - including targeting, needs assessments and evaluation in line with agreed work plans, strategies and methodologies.
The DPM Livelihoods is responsible for the supervision of the operational teams and provide technical support for all livelihoods related issues.
The DPM Livelihoods must ensure that livelihoods activities are well executed and deliver quality results and when appropriate, proposes adjustments or developments to ensure relevance.
He/She ensures the “communication with communities” strategy by being a focal point regarding communication on operations, under the supervision of the Program Manager (PM).
